We use UK-based staff - we find it ultimately costs less than using offshore teams. We don't outsource either - except for very specialist tasks. Instead, we use an in-house team, backed up by specialist associates, allowing us to manage a wide range of briefs and requirements.

Open-source technology has a major advantage - low development costs and no license fees, allowing us to reduce project costs by up to 50% compared with other agencies.
