Although School is a new agency, we're not new to what we do. The team at School used to be part of Spring Digital, an agency that you can find on Google most days if you search for 'web design agency'.
At Spring, we delivered over 400 web projects for the small and mid-size business sector - which means we were responsible for most of the portfolio they still use to this day. And Spring grew from just 3 to 35 staff during the time we were there - an achievement we are still very proud of.
Although we're not new to the game, the thinking behind School is new. Next-generation websites are the shop window, the primary marketing channel and at least part of the service delivery for most businesses. So we've thrown away all the 'old school' agency-brewed code and website building concepts. We've replaced it with smart open-source systems and we use that to leverage value for our clients.
With our previous experience, we're well placed to do this - we know the ups and downs of website production better than anyone. And we've also learned how to make this enjoyable for us and for our clients. We don't want a few blue-chip accounts - we far prefer the cut and thrust of the smaller clients and corporations we work with every day.
